Melo Samples Commercial-Use License

Summary: free for commercial use, with no attribution required.
This license applies to WAV and MIDI files offered through the ChordMelo Melo Samples pages (the “Samples”).
Permitted uses
- Use in music, video, games, podcasts, advertising, streaming and live performance, by individuals or businesses
- Commercial and non-commercial use and monetization
- Editing, processing, tempo changes, chopping and combination with other sounds
- Distribution, sale and delivery of completed creative works
- Use without attribution
Prohibited uses
- Reselling, redistributing or sharing the Samples standalone or in an easily extractable form
- Including the Samples in another sample pack, sound library, asset site or template product
- Registering an isolated or substantially unchanged Sample in Content ID or similar systems in a way that blocks other licensees
- Claiming ownership, exclusivity or authorship of the Samples themselves
- Redistributing the Samples as training data for generative AI or machine-learning models
- Illegal, discriminatory or rights-infringing uses
Rights and non-exclusivity
ChordMelo retains rights in the Samples. You receive a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license for the permitted uses above. Other users may use the same Samples.
Apple and Splice content
Downloads contain no Logic Pro Sample Content, Apple Loops, Splice Sounds or other third-party distributed assets. Logic Pro and Splice appear only in tutorials and examples for combining files in a user’s own licensed production environment.
Warranty and liability
Samples are provided as-is, without warranties of fitness, continued availability or compatibility with every environment. To the extent permitted by law, ChordMelo is not liable for indirect damages arising from use.
